INTERNAL STANDARDS
Rules for everyone's safety!
Bluepharma has two industrial units located in São Martinho do Bispo and Eiras, and a logistics warehouse in Taveiro.
The internal rules presented here must be considered in any of these spaces.
Bluepharma has defined a Security Team that is available during the company's working hours.
- The security guard will register your entrance. Please sign the register book.
- A visitor ID with a registered number will be assigned to you. You should wear it visibly during your visit to the company.
- If you park in the company’s perimeter, you will have to park in reverse for safety reasons. It is not allowed to circulate above 30km/h.
- You should always be accompanied onsite by an internal employee. In case of doubt or any other question, rely on his support.
- Access to several areas are restricted and previously defined.
- It is not allowed to photograph or film, except with express consent.
- It is not allowed to start fires onsite. Smoking is exclusively allowed on the designated sites.
- It is mandatory to carry out internal procedures, namely equipping accordingly to access the “clean” areas - obey the posted information at the anteroom and/or the signage available onsite.
- When accessing a “clean” area, it is not allowed to use any jewellery/adornment (bracelets, rings, necklaces, watches…). It is exclusively allowed to wear wedding rings.
- It is mandatory to sanitize hands both entering and leaving "“"clean" areas.
- If you produce residues considered as Bluepharma’s responsibility (such as recyclable residues), ask for instructions on how to dispose of them properly.
- Whenever possible, avoid using artificial light.
- Whenever possible, reduce water consumption (ex.: when sanitizing hands).

If the fire alarm starts, follow the instructions of the employee accompanying you.
- São Martinho do Bispo Industrial Unit: lawn behind the entrance.
- Eiras Industrial Unit: next to the wall located in front of the entrance.
- Taveiro distribution warehouse: man compartment located in front of the main entrance.
- Do not leave this location until further instructions given by the Safety Team.
- Keep in good condition the Personal Protective Equipment handed to you. If you need any information (ex.: how to use the equipment correctly), ask the responsible employee.
- Obey the safety signage posted onsite.

CIRCULATION AT BLUEPHARMA

The use of a surgical mask is advised in Bluepharma spaces, where there is a greater agglomeration of people, being mandatory in the medical offices.

As far as possible, keep the physical distance from other users of space.

Adopt good breathing practices.

Wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
If using the Canteen, pay special attention to hand disinfection, compliance with the physical distancing instructions and table hygiene.
